Our Travel segment normally receives sensitive information from its customers for International Tickets, FRRO, PAN, Aadhar & VISA processing. HKI collects, receives, possess, store, deals or handle following information inter alia and follows the rules while dealing with "Personal sensitive data or information"

- Contact information such as address, email, and mobile phone number
- Country of residence
- Payment Details like Credit Card/ Debit Card details along with their expiry date (billing address in case of international debit/credit card).
- Passport Number & frequent flyer number (wherever needed)
- Family details/information (for example, your marital status and dependents)
- Employment and education details (for example, the organization you work for, your job title and your education details)
- Financial and tax-related information (like your income, investments and tax residency)
While collecting information directly from the person concerned, we or any person on its behalf shall take such steps as are, in the circumstances, reasonable to ensure that the person concerned is having the knowledge of —
