"Respect for the individual" to nurture and promote these characteristics in our company by respecting individual differences and trusting each other as equal partners.
Respect for the Individual recognizes the following core concepts:
Initiative:Initiative means not to be bound by preconceived ideas, but to think creatively and act on your own initiative and judgment, while understanding that you must take responsibility for the results of those actions.
Equality: Equality means to recognize and respect individual differences in one another and treat each other fairly. Our company is committed to this principle and to creating equal opportunities for each individual. An individual's race, sex, age, religion, national origin, educational background, social or economic status have no bearing on the individual's opportunities.
Trust:The relationship among associates for us should be based on mutual trust. Trust is created by recognizing each other as individuals, helping out where others are deficient, accepting help where we are deficient, sharing our knowledge, and making a sincere effort to fulfill our responsibilities.
The Three Joys
Because of our belief in the value of each individual, we believe that each person working or associating with us directly or through our products and services, should share a sense of joy through that experience. This feeling is expressed in what we call "The Three Joys."
Our goal is to provide Joy through our business: for those who buy our products and services ("The Joy of Buying"), engage in selling our products and services ("The Joy of Selling"), and are involved in the business of creating our products and services ("The Joy of Creating").

Joy of Buying is achieved through providing products and delivering services that exceed the needs and expectations of each customer. The Joy of Buying is essentially the establishment of a relationship with the customer, initiated through the products and services and continued through the sales and services experience.
- Enhance the reliability of our products and services (Maintain and improve reassurance, safety and comfort).
- Offer attractive products and services (Anticipate customers’ needs and then turn them into reality).
Joy of Selling occurs when those who are engaged in selling quality products and supporting services of our company and relationships with a customer based on mutual trust. through this relationship, our associates who are involved in sales and services experience pride and joy in satisfying the customer and in representing our company to the customer.
- Communicate with customers based on a true partnership spirit.
- Deliver products and services to customers in a timely and speedy manner.
- Always think about whether the products and services provided to the customer have brought about excellent results, without causing them trouble.
Joy of Creating occurs when our team and suppliers involved in the design, development, and implementation of our services recognize a sense of joy in our customers. The Joy of Creating occurs when quality products and services exceed expectations.

- Tackle fresh challenges with a new approach and ideas and with new wisdom.
- Take a fresh look at how work is carried out. Work in a way so that products and services are provided to customers with a sense of pride.
